Three steps — fill this out, sign the agreement, then pay. You can stop any time before you pay.

You will be taken to our secure agreement page, then to Stripe to enter your card. We never see your card number.

What happens next

  1. Sign the service agreement on a secure page (DocuSeal).
  2. Enter your card on Stripe. Your card number stays with Stripe — we never see it.
  3. We call you to confirm the visit or start the remote session.

In-home hourly work: we charge the $150 minimum (or $100 member minimum) up front. Any extra time or travel is billed to the same card after the visit so you see it once, clearly.

Secure by design

Your card is handled by Stripe, the same processor used by many of the brands you already trust. We never store card numbers on our systems.

Signed agreement first

You always review and sign the service agreement before any card is charged. A copy is emailed to you automatically.
